Hip Flexion > 90° - Standing Isohold

Starting Position

  • From a standing position, raise one knee up until it’s bent more than 90 degrees.

Procedure

  • While maintaining a tall posture, press gently against your knee with both hands.
  • Keep your knee raised by contracting the muscles on the front of your hip.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your toes pulled up toward your shins and keep your chest up.
