Hip Flexion > 90° - Standing Isohold
Starting Position
- From a standing position, raise one knee up until it’s bent more than 90 degrees.
Procedure
- While maintaining a tall posture, press gently against your knee with both hands.
- Keep your knee raised by contracting the muscles on the front of your hip.
