Hip Rotation - Internal- Sidelying
Starting Position
- On side with bottom knee slightly pulled to chest and top knee in air with foot on ground behind bottom knee
Procedure
- Rotate bottom knee away from ground
- Return to start position and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
- Switch legs and repeat

- Keep stomach tight
- Keep hamstrings relaxed, initiating movement from hip rotators in inside of hip
