Hip Rotations - Internal/External - Golf
Starting Position
- On side with knees slightly pulled to chest
Procedure
- Open top hip, rotating knee away from ground while maintaining contact between feet
- Close hip and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
- Place top foot on ground with knee in air
- Close bottom hip, rotating knee away from ground
- Return to start position and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions.
- Switch sides and repeat
