Hurdle Hop - Linear Stabilization - Baseball

Starting Position

  • Standing on one leg in front of line of hurdles

Procedure

  • Hop over one hurdle and stick and hold on same leg
  • Continue over remaining hurdles

Coaching Keys

  • Land softly by absorbing through your hip and glute
  • Do not allow knee to collapse in upon takeoff or landing

You Should Feel It

  • Working your hip and leg
