Inverted Hamstring Stretch - Baseball
Starting Position
- Standing on one leg
- Arms raised to 90 deg
- Shoulder blades pinched together
Procedure
- Bend over at waist and kick opposite heel to sky
- When stretch is felt, stand and step back with other foot and repeat
Coaching Keys
- Keep back flat
- Maintain straight line from ear through hip, knee and ankle

- Stretch in hamstrings
