Inverted Hamstring Stretch - Golf

Starting Position

  • Standing on one leg
  • Arms raised to 90deg with palms up
  • Shoulder blades pinched together

Procedure

  • Bend over at waist and kick opposite heel to sky
  • When stretch is felt, stand and return to start position
  • Repeat with other leg

Coaching Keys

  • Keep back flat
  • Maintain straight line from ear through hip, knee and ankle
