Inverted Hamstring Stretch - Golf
Starting Position
- Standing on one leg
- Arms raised to 90deg with palms up
- Shoulder blades pinched together
Procedure
- Bend over at waist and kick opposite heel to sky
- When stretch is felt, stand and return to start position
- Repeat with other leg
