Knee Hugs - Supine

Starting Position

  • Lying face up on ground

Procedure

  • Lift right knee to chest, grab below knee with hands, and pull right knee to chest while contracting left glute
  • Hold for two seconds and return to start position
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your stomach tight and the opposite leg flat on the ground by keeping the glute contracted
  • Pull your knee straight towards your chest
