Knee Hugs - Supine
Starting Position
- Lying face up on ground
Procedure
- Lift right knee to chest, grab below knee with hands, and pull right knee to chest while contracting left glute
- Hold for two seconds and return to start position
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs
