Lateral Flexion (Off Bench)
Starting Position
- Sidelying on a bench with your hips at one end, scissor your feet and hook them under the opposite end of the bench, allowing your torso to hang off
Procedure
- Holding hands behind head with fingers clasped, side bend torso above the bench
- Slowly lower side, bending down to the starting position
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
- Repeat on the other side
