Leg Cradle - Supine

Starting Position

  • Lying face up on ground


  • Lift right knee to chest and place the right hand on the outside of the knee and left hand over the top of the ankle
  • Pull right knee towards the opposite shoulder while rotating slightly with the left hand
  • Hold for two seconds and return to start position
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your stomach tight and the opposite leg flat on the ground by keeping the glute contracted
  • Do not let your knee fall to the outside; pull it across your body
