Leg Cradle - Supine
Starting Position
- Lying face up on ground
Procedure
- Lift right knee to chest and place the right hand on the outside of the knee and left hand over the top of the ankle
- Pull right knee towards the opposite shoulder while rotating slightly with the left hand
- Hold for two seconds and return to start position
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs

- Keep your stomach tight and the opposite leg flat on the ground by keeping the glute contracted
- Do not let your knee fall to the outside; pull it across your body
