Leg Overs

Starting Position
- Lying face up on ground with legs straight and arms on ground at shoulder height
Procedure
- Sweep right leg up and across body to left hand
- Return to start position and immediately switch legs
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Keep upper back and shoulders on ground
- Start with small range of motion and gradually increase with each repetition
You Should Feel It
- Stretching in the hamstrings and low back
