Leg Overs

Starting Position

  • Lying face up on ground with legs straight and arms on ground at shoulder height


  • Sweep right leg up and across body to left hand
  • Return to start position and immediately switch legs
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

Coaching Keys

  • Keep upper back and shoulders on ground
  • Start with small range of motion and gradually increase with each repetition
