Linear Vertical Hop - Noncountermovement to Stabilization on Box
Starting Position
- Standing on one leg facing a low box
Procedure
- Hop linearly onto the box
- Hold a stable landing position for three seconds
- Step down off the box and repeat the drill on the same leg for prescribed repetitions, then repeat on the other leg

- Land softly by absorbing through your hip
