Starting Position
- Standing
Procedure
- Step forward with right leg into lunge position.
- Reach right arm to the sky and sidebend to the left, holding the stretch for 1-2 seconds.
- Lower arm and step forward into next lunge with the left leg.
- Raise left arm to the sky and sidebend to the right.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Procedure
- Keep back glute contracted during stretch.
- Maintain proper posture throughout movement.
