Medicine Ball - Overhead Throw

Starting Position

  • Standing in athletic position 1-2 feet away from wall with medicine ball overhead

Procedure

  • Take ball behind head and immediately throw ball into wall
  • Catch ball and return to start position
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

  • Maintain perfect posture with stomach tight
  • Catch ball with hands behind ball
