Medicine Ball Single Leg - Perpendicular Rotational Throw - Golf

Starting Position
- Standing on right leg with left shoulder 3-4 feet away from wall
Procedure
- Rotate shoulders and trunk to right as left leg straightens behind body
- Throw ball into wall as left knee drives forward and up
- Catch ball and reset to start position and repeat for desired number of repetitions.
- Switch legs, standing on left with right knee in front of body
- Rotate shoulders over right knee, then throw ball into wall as right heel forcefully kicks back
- Catch ball and reset to start position and repeat for desired number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Maintain perfect posture with stomach tight
- Throw ball with trunk, not only arms
- Catch ball with hands behind ball
- Keep knee slightly bent

- Exercise can be performed continuously without pausing
