Medicine Ball - Split Squat - Perpendicular Rotational Throw - Golf
Starting Position
- Split Squat position with outside foot forward and shoulders perpendicular to wall, 2-3 feet away
Procedure
- Rotate shoulders and trunk over front leg and throw ball into wall
- Catch ball and return to start position
- Repeat for desired number of repetitions
- Switch legs, with inside leg forward and repeat, this time turning AWAY from front leg
- Face the opposite direction and repeat on both legs
