Mini Band Walks - Lateral Straight Leg - Golf

Starting Position

  • Standing with miniband around ankles hip width apart and toes slightly turned in

Procedure

  • Step to right with right leg and follow with the left leg for the prescribed number of steps
  • Repeat to the other direction

Coaching Keys

  • Keep tension on the miniband at all times- Do not let feet come together
  • Keep body still from the waist up
  • Keep toes slightly turned in
