Mirror Drill - Short Soccer

Starting Position
- Base position between cones 5 yards apart facing partner
Procedure
- From base position, one partner shuffles side to side randomly as the other mimics movement as if a mirror image for predetermined amount of time
- Switch roles from offense to defense and repeat
Coaching Keys
- Keep knees behind toes and tension in glutes
- Do not let feet come together or legs crossover
- Keep back flat
- Decrease time for speed emphasis, increase time for conditioning emphasis
