Oblique Crunch - Quadruped - Tennis

Starting Position

  • On hands and knees with back flat and left hand behind head


  • Rotate to the sky as far as possible while exhaling, stretching the front of the torso, and hold 2 seconds
  • Rotate trunk to the ground, taking left elbow to right knee while exhaling, feeling a stretch in the back, and hold for two seconds
  • Repeat as prescribed and switch arms

  • Start with small range of motion and gradually increase
  • Exhale into stretches
