Starting Position
- On hands and knees with back flat and left hand behind head
Procedure
- Rotate to the sky as far as possible while exhaling, stretching the front of the torso, and hold 2 seconds
- Rotate trunk to the ground, taking left elbow to right knee while exhaling, feeling a stretch in the back, and hold for two seconds
- Repeat as prescribed and switch arms
Coaching Keys
- Start with small range of motion and gradually increase
- Exhale into stretches

- Stretching through the torso, front and back
