Off Box Stabilization

Starting Position
- Standing on a low box with feet just outside of shoulders and arms at your side
Procedure
- Step off box
- Land with hips back and down, keeping knees behind toes and arms raised behind your torso as if ready to jump again
Coaching Keys
- Anticipate the ground in order to land softly
- Keep chest over knees and back flat during movement
- Do not allow knees to collapse to the inside upon landing

- Working your hips and legs
