Overhead Throw - Medicine Ball

Starting Position
- Standing in athletic position 1-2 feet away from wall with medicine ball overhead
Procedure
- Take ball behind head and immediately throw ball into wall
- Catch ball and return to start position
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

- Maintain perfect posture with stomach tight
- Catch ball with hands behind ball

- Working the torso, legs and arms
Variation
- Exercise can be performed continuously without pausing
