Pec Stretch (Stability Ball)
Starting Position
- Kneeling beside a physioball, bent at the hips with one bent elbow on top of the ball
Procedure
- Drop your chest slightly to the ground until a gentle stretch is felt in the chest
- Exhale and hold the stretch for 2 seconds
- Relax and repeat
