Physioball Lateral Roll - Golf
Starting Position
- Physioball underneath shoulder blades with hips pushed to sky and arms raised to side with thumbs pointing to ground
Procedure
- Keeping hips still, roll the ball to the right, reaching with the right hand
- Return to start position and repeat to other side
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

- Keep hips pushed to sky- do not let them drop during movement
- Keep stomach tight
