Physioball Plate Crunch (Behind Head)

Starting Position
- Lying face up, body arched over the ball, holding a weight behind and supporting your head
Procedure
- Drape body over ball, feeling mild stretch in abs
- Curl trunk and pelvis together while keeping the belly button pulled in
- Return to start position and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Arch the torso completely
- Be sure to roll the chest and hips toward your belly button
