Physioball Prone Knee Tucks - 1 Leg

Starting Position
- Pushup position with hands on floor, one shin on the ball, with other leg held in the air
Procedure
- Pull the knee of the leg on the ball to your chest in a controlled movement, keeping the other leg extended behind you
- Return to start position and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides
Coaching Keys
- Keep bellybutton in and shoulders pushed away the whole time
- Keep the back leg extended by firing your glute and quads

- Working your shoulders, abs, hip flexors, and glutes
