Pillar Bridge - Arms in TRX


  • In a facedown position, place each forearm inside a TRX strap so that the TRX hangs vertically.
  • Supporting your weight your the forearms and feet, tuck your chin so that your head is in line with your body.
  • Hold your body in a straight line for the prescribed amount of time. 

Coaching Tips

  • Maintain tight torso
  • Keep your body in a straight line from ears to ankles.
  • Pull your toes toward your shins.
