Pillar Bridge - Front Kneeling

Starting Position

  • On stomach with forearms on ground under chest

Procedure

  • Push up off your elbows, supporting your weight on the forearms and knees
  • Hold static position for prescribed length of time

Coaching Keys

  • Push neck and sternum as far from forearms as possible
  • Keep stomach tight

  • Working your shoulders and trunk
