Starting Position
Procedure
- Lift straight leg in front of body as opposite arm swings forward
- Pull heel back down to ground underneath hip as you step forward, repeating with other leg
- Continue for prescribed number of repetitions or distance
Coaching Keys
- Keep chest up
- Keep toes pulled to shins
- Pull foot down to ground with hip going to full extension
- Keep bottom leg straight
