Procedure
- Lift your knee and foot with your opposite arm.
- Your arms should stay bent throughout the movement.
- Drive your foot down to the ground, generating a double foot contact as you raise your opposite foot and knee.
- Continue alternating for the prescribed number of repetitions, while remaining in place.
Coaching Keys
- Initiate the movement from your glutes and think about pushing your foot through the ground as you fully extend your hips.
