Pull-up - Narrow Overhand Grip

Starting Position
- Hanging from a pull up bar with palms close together and facing away from you
Procedure
- Keeping body and legs still, pull chest to bar
- Return to start position and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Extend arms completely after each repetition
- Do not swing body or legs during exercise

- Working your back and arms
