Pull-up - Underhand Grip
Starting Position
- Hanging from a pull up bar with palms facing you and shoulder width apart
Procedure
- Keeping body and legs still, pull chest to bar
- Return to start position and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Extend arms completely after each repetition
- Do not swing body or legs during exercise
