Starting Position

  • Standing in athletic base position


  • Jump slightly off ground and rotate hips to right
  • Hit the ground and immediately rotate to left

  • Swivel hips only and keep shoulders and torso stationary
  • Use arms to counterbalance hips- Hips to right, arms to left
