Reach, Roll & Lift - Foam Roll Baseball

Starting Position
- Kneeling with your forearms on a foam roll
Procedure
- Roll the foam roll as far from body as possible, rotate arms out so biceps are facing the sky, and drop chest to ground
Coaching Keys
- Keep pushing arms as far away from body as possible during movement
- Keep chest as close to ground as possible
You Should Feel It
- Stretching the lats along the side of the back
