Starting Position

  • Standing on one leg

Procedure

  • Quickly sit back and down to load hip and arms, and bound rotating 90 degrees in the air
  • Land on the opposite foot, and without pausing immediately repeat the bound in the opposite direction off the opposite leg

Coaching Keys

  • Land softly by absorbing through your hip
  • Anticipate the ground, minimizing contact time
  • Do not allow knee to collapse to the inside upon takeoff or landing
