Starting Position

  • Standing on one leg

Procedure

  • Quickly sit back and down to load hip and arms, and bound rotating 90 degrees in the air
  • Land on opposite foot
  • Hold for three seconds and repeat to other side

  • Land softly by anticipating the ground and absorbing through your hip
  • Increase distance covered as proficiency increases
  • Use arms and hip extension to generate force during the movement
