Rotational Medial Hop - 90 Degree (CM Stabilize)

Starting Position
Procedure
- Quickly sit back and down to load hip and arms, and hop rotating 90 degrees in the air
- Land on the same foot and hold stable landing position for three seconds
- Return to start position by jumping and landing on the same leg, repeating for prescribed number of repetitions
- Switch feet and repeat in opposite direction

- Use hip and arms to generate force
- Land softly by absorbing through your hip
- Do not allow knee to collapse to the inside upon takeoff or landing
You Should Feel It
- Working torso, hip, and leg to neutralize the rotation and generate rotational power during takeoff and landing
