Starting Position

  • Standing on left leg with right knee in front of body

Procedure

  • Rotate shoulders and trunk to right over right knee, then rotate to the left as right hip and leg extend behind body
  • Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs

  • Maintain perfect posture with stomach tight
  • Keep knee slightly bent
