Russian Twist - Bench Holding Stability Ball

Starting Position
- Straddling a bench, squeezing it with the inside of your thighs
- Leaning back to 45 degrees and holding a physioball in front of you
Procedure
- Keeping hips still, rotate shoulders and trunk to the left
- Return to start position and repeat to other side
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Keep hips facing straight ahead
- Sit tall, maintaining good pillar position during movement
- Keep stomach tight
