  • Start on your hands and knees with one hand under your shoulder, one arm behind your back, and your knees under your hips.
  • Push into the floor to press your chest as far away from your hand as you can.
  • Lower back to the starting position.
  • Complete the set on one side before repeating on the opposite arm.
