Shoulder External Rotation at 30 - Assisted Stance (TRX)


  • Hold a TRX handle in each hand with your elbows at your side, four inches away from your body and bent to 90 degrees.
  • Lean backward in a modified split stance with your front leg straight and your back knee bent, so that the TRX hangs diagonally.
  • Keeping your elbows as still as possible, rotate your hands in toward your chest.
  • Reverse the pattern to return to the starting position.
  • Continue for the full set.
