Shoulder Stretch - Dowel
- Stand tall holding a dowel straight out in front of your body with one palm facing up and one palm facing down.
- Rotate your arms so that they cross over one another and your palms face in the opposite direction.
- Reverse the rotation to return to the starting position.
- Complete the set on one side before repeating in the opposite direction.
- Keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
- Stretching your shoulders.
