Shoulder Stretch - Dowel


  • Stand tall holding a dowel straight out in front of your body with one palm facing up and one palm facing down.
  • Rotate your arms so that they cross over one another and your palms face in the opposite direction.
  • Reverse the rotation to return to the starting position.
  • Complete the set on one side before repeating in the opposite direction.

  • Keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
