Stride Stretch - 90/90
Starting Position
- Seated in modified hurdler position, with front and back knees bent to 90 degrees
Procedure
- Bend forward at the waist, lowering chest to ground and hold for prescribed time
Coaching Keys
- Only lower chest as far as mobility comfortably allows, resting on elbows if needed

- Stretching in the outside of the front hip
