Single Leg Rapid Response - Side/Side Over Line

Starting Position

  • Standing in athletic position on one foot

Procedure

  • Hop back and forth over a line as fast as possible for the prescribed amount of time

Coaching Keys

  • Maintain athletic position
  • Maintain torso over base of support
  • Feet should “pop” and NOT “scuff"
