Single Leg Rapid Response - Side/Side Over Line
Starting Position
- Standing in athletic position on one foot
Procedure
- Hop back and forth over a line as fast as possible for the prescribed amount of time
Coaching Keys
- Maintain athletic position
- Maintain torso over base of support
- Feet should “pop” and NOT “scuff"
You Should Feel It
- Working your hips, knees and ankles and challenging your coordination
