Single Leg Squat with Hand Support (TRX)


  • Stand on one foot holding a TRX handle in each hand in front of your body so that your arms are straight and the TRX hangs diagonally.
  • Initiating the move with your hips, squat back and down on one leg while using the TRX for balance.
  • Return to a standing position using only the leg you are balancing on. 
  • Complete the set on one side before repeating with the opposite leg.

Coaching Tips

  • Keep your chest up and shoulder blades back.
  • Keep your weight balanced on the center of your foot.

You Should Feel It

  • Working your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
