Stability Ball - Roll Outs

Starting Position

  • Kneeling on the ground with your arms extended and the back of your hands on a stability ball.


  • Roll the ball forward while keeping a straight line from your knees to shoulders.
  • Pull the ball back to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

  • Maintain a straight line from your knees to shoulders throughout the movement.
  • Kneel on a mat or soft surface for comfort.
