Stability Ball - Roll Outs
- Kneeling on the ground with your arms extended and the back of your hands on a stability ball.
- Roll the ball forward while keeping a straight line from your knees to shoulders.
- Pull the ball back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
- Maintain a straight line from your knees to shoulders throughout the movement.
- Kneel on a mat or soft surface for comfort.
