Straight Leg Lowering - Supine Alternating

Starting Position

  • Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides and both legs straight up in the air over your hips.

Procedure

  • Keeping one leg straight, slowly lower your other leg down to the floor.
  • Return to the starting position and repeat with your other leg.
  • Continue alternating for the prescribed number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your toes pulled toward your shins and your back flat on the floor.
