Straight Leg Lowering - Supine Alternating

Starting Position
- Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides and both legs straight up in the air over your hips.
Procedure
- Keeping one leg straight, slowly lower your other leg down to the floor.
- Return to the starting position and repeat with your other leg.
- Continue alternating for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Coaching Keys
- Keep your toes pulled toward your shins and your back flat on the floor.
You Should Feel It
- Stretching your hamstrings and challenging the muscles in your torso.
