Starting Position
Procedure
- Lift straight leg in front of body to opposite hand
- Pull heel forcefully back down to ground underneath hip generating double foot contact as opposite leg lifts
- Alternate and repeat moving forward
Coaching Keys
- Maintain perfect posture
- Keep toes pulled up to shins
- Pull heel down to ground, with hip going into full extension
- Initiate movement from glutes

- Stretching and strengthening hamstrings
