Thoracic Rotation Stretch - Heel Sit

Starting Position

  • Sitting back on your heels and face down on the ground
  • Place your left hand behind your head and your right hand outstretched on the ground in front of you


  • Rotate to the sky while exhaling, stretching the front of the torso, and hold 2 seconds
  • Return to starting position and repeat for prescribed repetitions
  • Switch arms and repeat
