Thoracic Rotation Stretch - Heel Sit
Starting Position
- Sitting back on your heels and face down on the ground
- Place your left hand behind your head and your right hand outstretched on the ground in front of you
Procedure
- Rotate to the sky while exhaling, stretching the front of the torso, and hold 2 seconds
- Return to starting position and repeat for prescribed repetitions
- Switch arms and repeat
