Triceps Extension - Assisted Stance (TRX)


  • Lean forward in a modified split stance with each arm straight out at shoulder level in front of you, holding a TRX handle so that the TRX hangs diagonally.
  • Keeping your body long and straight, bend your elbows and lower your body until your hands are next to your head.
  • Extend your elbows and return to the starting position.
  • Continue for the full set.

Coaching Tips

  • Maintain tight torso.
  • Keep your body weight over the arch of your front foot.
  • Bend at your elbows.
