Trunk Rotations - Seated with Adduction

Starting Position

  • Sit on a bench squeezing a pad or foam roll between your knees and clasp your hands behind your head.


  • Without moving your hips or lower body, rotate your torso to the right, return to center, then rotate to the left.
  • Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.

  • Keep your chest up and your back flat.
