Trunk Rotations - Seated with Adduction
- Sit on a bench squeezing a pad or foam roll between your knees and clasp your hands behind your head.
- Without moving your hips or lower body, rotate your torso to the right, return to center, then rotate to the left.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
- Keep your chest up and your back flat.
