Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Dice 6 chicken breasts, then place them in a skillet with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  2. Cook chicken thoroughly, then add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper, and 2 tablespoons of black pepper.
  3. In a separate skillet, saute 1/2 chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1 chopped green pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  4. Combine two mixtures and add 1 can of frozen orange juice concentrate. Bring to a boil, and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over rice if desired.
