Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can orange juice concentrate
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- Dice 6 chicken breasts, then place them in a skillet with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Cook chicken thoroughly, then add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper, and 2 tablespoons of black pepper.
- In a separate skillet, saute 1/2 chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1 chopped green pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Combine two mixtures and add 1 can of frozen orange juice concentrate. Bring to a boil, and cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice if desired.
